Denise has spent the last 20 years developing and managing software application development teams. She is a recognized project management specialist and is frequently sought after for her problem solving prowess by the information systems community. Denise is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional and IBM certified Executive Project Manager. She is recognized for her leadership and commitment to guiding others in traditional and outsourced environments.

Her published articles include topics on risk management, team development and being motivated in today's business environment. Outside of work Denise enjoys nature photography, swimming, hiking and traveling.

Bob is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional and IBM certified Executive Project Manager who has thrived from over 14 years of IBM management experience, all of which were centered around the creation, motivation and development of teams and the individuals that comprise them. Using his team building and project management expertise, Bob has brought together people from various cultures and perspectives to build cohesive high performance teams. He has performed this in the high growth outsourcing environment that has become such an integral part of today's business environment. Bob is also a certified coach for the Boeing Corporation. Bob's enthusiasm and business acumen have touched and motivated hundreds of people.
 

Bob joins Mindavation with over 20 years of successful sales management experience in a number of highly successful technology companies. He has a reputation for a strong commitment to delivering superior value in every customer engagement. He has a solid record of achievement at both national and international levels in sales, sales management, marketing, and corporate leadership. He has held VP of Sales positions in both private and publicly held companies including Pansophic Systems, Viasoft, Landmark Systems, and Allen Systems Group. Bob    has been a speaker and panelist at numerous sales and marketing conferences and has served as an expert witness in federal court on technology sales & marketing issues. 
 

Jayne Gnadt has worked in the project management and training field for over 25 years. Her expertise includes extensive project work and training facilitation in the corporate world as well as consulting and speaking engagements in the private sector. She spent 15 years with Citigroup holding a number of leadership and officer-level positions in Operations, Training, and Marketing where she managed a variety of corporate project initiatives. She was with OppenheimerFunds for over 10 years managing Training functions, the Project Office and enterprise-wide projects.
 

Donna joined Mindavation in May of 2001 and brings a wealth of experience in marketing and customer service. Donna's prior customers have included banks, credit unions, investment firms and brokerage houses. Donna's positive and energetic attitude can be heard anytime she's working with her customers. She understands first-hand the variety of product offerings provided by Mindavation. Her job is to ensure the Mindavation program you attend meets YOUR needs.
 

Spencer Imel joined Mindavation in September 2007. Spencer manages post-course template distribution, website maintenance, invoicing, distribution of course binders, and just about anything else we need him to figure out for us! He brings to Mindavation experience in customer relations, research, and process management. Previously, Spencer has worked with the Boulder Valley School District, Boulder County Sheriffs Department, and Longmont Community Justice Partnership developing and implementing Restorative Justice programs. He is also involved with the Model United Nations and the International Affairs Student Organization while pursuing Bachelor of Arts degrees in both International Affairs and Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
